Laiken was very helpful and provided guidance throughout our process of selling our home. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through some difficult times of selling a family home. Laiken researched the market and knew the market price of our house.

She kept us well informed along the way and did not pressure us about what to do. She provided us with the times of the showings and when we could return home.

When our house did not sell after 2 months, Laiken approached us about lowering the price, to the price she had initially recommended. We agreed to the price cut, with no pressure from Laiken. Although it was a diffcult decision for us because we wanted to get a higher price, with Laiken’s help and support we came to an agreement.

We would recommend Laiken to anyone selling their home (or buying a home). She provides a great deal of knowledge and help during the proces and is very accomodating.
We do wish that we could have gotten a better price, and you can start second guessing yourself about holding out for a better deal. But as Laiken pointed out it is not good for a house to be listed for a long period of time.

We would highly recommend Laiken to anyone buying or selling a house.
